Great Day Improvements - VP of IT (Infrastructure and Security)
Our VP of IT Infrastructure and Security, is responsible for overseeing the infrastructure, marketing technology, legacy CRM, digital tools, website, and support services of the company, as well as cyber security. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our technology systems, while also driving innovation and growth within the IT department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT department that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage and oversee the infrastructure, marketing technology, legacy CRM, digital tools, website, support services, and cyber security of the company.
• Ensure that all technology systems, including CRM, are efficient, effective, and secure.
• Drive innovation and growth within the IT department by keeping up to date with new technologies and trends.
• Develop and manage the IT budget to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
• Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional results. Developing a pipeline and capability for our growth
• M&A capability and integration capability to enable communication and information sharing across brands
• Build our Data base, reporting tools and harmonize our language cross existing brands and departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
• Collaborate cross brands and departments within IT to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business needs.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the IT department and encourage innovation.
• Develop talent within the IT department and create ways to better service employees and teams to improve productivity.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards related to IT operations and security.
• Manage the maintenance and transition of the legacy CRM to a new tool while ensuring minimal disruption to the business operations.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that drive innovation and growth.
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, marketing technology, legacy CRM, digital tools, website, support services, and cyber security.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing budgets and financials.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Experience in managing the maintenance and transition of legacy systems to new tools.
• Experience collaborating cross brands and departments within IT.

• Build a strong technical team.
• Prioritize the security and infrastructure roadmap for Great Day Improvements.
• Align as a shared service capability across brand and enabling brands.
• Develop strong data harmonization.
• M&A diligence, strategic planning and integration capability for IT and data analytics/management.
• Create a simple Microsoft based method for communication and data sharing across brands.
