• Act as liaison between customers and the manufacturer as well as between the sales and installation teams
• Review and process contracts and job paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners
• Follow up with homeowners to provide updates on orders and services
• Manage incoming phone calls from customers with skill and confidence
• Make collection calls and process payments
• Work as a team towards a common goal
• Data entry and upkeep using exclusive CRM software program and spreadsheets
• Manage inventory and place orders for office supplies
• Ensure office appearance creates a welcoming environment

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Apple programs, and OneDrive
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Professional character and appearance
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
