Universal Windows Direct - Event Manager

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all event marketers as well as attending events and promoting UWD’s line of products. He/She will learn and implement UWD’s award winning marketing and selling approach. The Event Manager will maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.

· Coach, manage, and train event marketers while setting and hitting department and event goals.

· Travel to other markets to assist with shows and training when necessary and recruit new staff members at events.

· Manage department expenses.

· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.

· Performs other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION

· High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience attending events and tradeshows.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.

· Excellent communication skills
