Director of Canvassing / National Canvassing Manager
Full time, Salary, $60,000/yr + uncapped commissions – Unlimited Earning Potential!

The Marketing team at Universal Windows Direct and The Bath Authority is relaunching our field marketing team, and we’re looking for the right leader to help build and shape the team to drive amazing results. As a key part of the marketing leadership group, you’ll have the ability to help grow the team and the company as you grow your career.
- Own the canvassing culture and experience at Universal Windows Direct & The Bath Authority
- Develop, coach, and train all canvassing managers in their respective markets
- Daily monitoring of lead flow from canvassers, ensuring quality appointments are being set
- Works closely with managers and canvassers daily to provide motivation and coaching to help them reach daily, weekly and monthly team goals
- In collaboration with the team, create and develop the culture of the local canvassing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques
- When necessary, travel to markets to inspect, coach, and train the proper behaviors of the team to ensure that goals are being met
· Requires 4+ years of experience managing people
· Ability to perform in the field
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Excellent training and coaching skills
· Ability to think strategically, with strong leadership and project management skills, including attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
· Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
· Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising
· Ability to develop a positive, self-motivated, upbeat culture and team
· Has data analytic skills and enjoys digging in to learn from trends
· Is willing and able to set appointments, walk with and coach new team leads in the field
· Proficient in Microsoft office and working knowledge of CRM systems
· A valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout market area- travel required 30-40%.
· Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours per day in a variety of weather.
