We now have an opening in our Brand Office for a personable, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative who is detail oriented, skilled and professional. As a Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative at K-DESIGNERS, you are a key member of our Brand team. You will work closely with the local sales force offices, and National Production & Customer Service as well as interact with our customers all in a professional environment.

TRAINING PROVIDED!

· Review compliancy (permits, licenses, EPA, contractor) requirements for accuracy and completion. Reconcile receipts to credit card transactions

· Customer service support with customers and branch offices

· Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) processing paperwork and answering phones.

· Coordinate across 7 sales offices by being a liaison corporate finance office, sales, and production/installation.

· Assist with creating and updating reports
